Sharon Nielsen

Sharon paints to capture colour, movement and light.
Born in Toronto, and now residing in Uxbridge, she has painted for over 25 years in various media. Her work includes florals, urban settings and landscapes.
Sharon has had art education at Laurentian and Fleming Colleges and has studied with many wonderful artists such as Margaret Roseman, John Stewart Pryce, D.D. Gadajanski, Brian Smith, and Tom Lynch.

Her award-winning paintings: 
“June Favourites” (watercolour); “Magnolias” (silk painting); “Spring in Provence” (oil); “Bamboo Forest” (mixed media); “Hot Tango Night” (silk painting); “Waiting” (acrylic); “Breathe” (acrylic).
